Lately in a science and technology proseminar on TCM information sponsored by Singapore Medicine Association, associate professor Lun Guocan, the director of medical information and planing Dept. of Singapore state-run University, announced that Singapore was cooperating with various Chinese TCM institutions to set up a TCM database.

Mr. Lun said this database hopefully presented in next year will provide peoples with the informations about TCM history, curative effect of TCM and the institutions that can offer TCM treatment service. 　　

Mr. Lun told the local reporters that the establishment of the TCM database will be convenient for peoples to easily obtain the TCM informations through internet.

He indicated that the set up of TCM database and TCM information is in compliance with the policy of inproving the TCM level of Singapore, at present, two TCM experts from China have been invited to help them building the TCM database.
