Report:　 The Inauguration Ceremony of Sino King Holding Company and Spring Festival Get-Together '2001 was held in Wulacao Food City on Jan.19. Mr. Wu Barter, Board Chairman and CEO and Mr. Lin Liang Ding, Deputy Board Chairman of Sino King Holding Company made their speeches respectively at this grand occation. Mr. Fang Jun, director of financing dept. and Ms. Shen Xiang, director of financial dept. gave their short speeches next, and then some senior managers gave their talk on what they have achieved

on business in the past year. They are Ms. Liu Yanmei, director of technical dept., Prof.Xia Kaiyuan, deputy director of Affiliated Bada Institute, Mr.Xu Hang,general manager of B.C.B.C.and Mr.Xiong Taihua, standing deputy general manager of B.C.B.C., Mr. Gao Yang, deputy general manager of Sino King Trading Company and Mr. Huang Jun, general manager of Sino King Network Company etc. Besides, some of company advisors were delivering their speeches also. They are Prof. Zhou Chaofan, senior advisor of Sino King Group, Mr.cha, American lawyer, Mr. Wu Hongqiao, advisor and former consul general of Chinese Consulate to U.S.. Mr. Zhang Mingli, deputy president of Sino King Group conveyed his good wishes to this great occation through a long distance call because of his business trip outside. Besides, Mr. John from Singapore and some guests from Korea had their speeches on the occation also. This grand evening occation is presided over by Ms. Wang Wai, Ms. Ma Wai, Mr.Zhou Rengen and Mr. Zhang Feng. Co-workers entertained themselves with their dancing, singing and laughing. They enjoyed performances prepared and performed by themselves very much. Furthermore, the wonderful songs president Barter Wu, vice president Lin and guests from Korea and Singapore were singing pushed the happy atmosphere into a surge. This grand occation was closed in a joyous and happy moment.
