Mr. Mingli Zhang is the vice president of Sino-King International Development and Management Group Company and senior engineer majored in capital construction management. He was retired from State Council as director.
During he served for the bureau of foreign affairs of the Ministry of Construction, he was dispatched to People’s Republic of Mongolia and worked there for six years, later, dispatched to Cambodia for two years as a specialist of equipment installation.
During he served for the information institute of the Ministry of Machine Building, he was ever appointed as assistant section chief of the department of house property and the section chief of the department of equipment installation, later chosen to study on enterprise management in the Cadre College for Machine Building Management for two years.
During he served for State Council, he was ever appointed as assistant section chief of the office of general services, the office director of the administration section of the rest house of the hotel, the general manager of National Friendship Hotel affiliated to State Council, the assistant director of the administration section and the deputy director general of the service bureau. He was an inspector at the level of the director-general of a department before he left his post at that time.
Now he holds the post as vice president in Sino-King Group.
Doctor Chaofan Zhou
Doctor Chaofan Zhou was born in an old and well known family of traditional Chinese medicine and began to practise medicine from his childhood.
He studied in Shanghai TCM University in 1957, graduated in 1963.
And then he became a disciple of Mr. Shuqian Yang- a famous TCM doctor learning from him for three years and gained so much excellent medical skills and experience, particularly in the treatment of high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, bronchitis, vascular headache and senile dementia etc.
He has acquired many titles in his professional career. Now he is a senior advisor of Sino King, International; medical consultant of International Tele-distance Diagnosis Center; member of National People’s Political Consultative Committee; member of the Pharmacopoeia Committee of People’s Republic of China; member of National Protection and Evaluation Committee for TCM Varieties; member of the Specialist Committee of China TCM Institution and director of Department of Curative Principles and Therapeutic Methods of the Scientific Research Institute of China TCM Institutio
